Import your own images

Putting an image into your logo text

Tutorial by Marc Sylvester

With the Duplicate function (under the MODIFY menu, you'll find 'duplicate logo element') you can create some very interesting text effects.

I like to look on Google images for some of my comp work. Please don't steal the work and images you find on Google ... this is simply a way to gather ideas.

In The Logo Creator - Create your text the way you want it to look.

Choose import from the FILE menu

Bring in the image you found on Google.

Note: please be careful using other peoples' images! Read up on the copyrights to every image you're going to use from the web. I recommend paying for images from sites like http://www.iclipart.com

Modify the image to your liking using the control panel to the left of the canvas...

      Hi Charee.
... make sure you download the image to your desktop first.

Drag the image from Google to your Desktop if you're on a Mac, or right click the image from Google and choose to Save the File to the desktop.
THEN use The Logo Creator's Import menu to bring the image in.

This should do the trick :)
