hi, i downloaded the file for logomaker and didn't get the name so can't find it on my hard drive. please tell me the name of the file. thanks

Yes. And no.
There was no way to add EVERY image on the planet... so I've made it easy to import images you find from Google or other image archives.

I have the logo creator I like it and wanted to know if i can export the pogo's into plotter format with the program?

Nope, The Logo Creator outputs Bmp, Jpeg, PNG and Gif.
You may need a Vector Logo. Check this service out here: http://www.thelogocreator.com/convert-to-vector/
I had to reload windows on my computer. I do not have my registration code. Can I get a new one or my old one?

I purchased the Logo Creator and the Flash Ad Creator and love both products!
I've recently purchased an new computer and I'm trying to reinstall the software onto the new system.
I've the process listed and contacted Softwrap Support Team with no result. They are more interested in closing the ticket as fast as possible rather than resolving the issue.
Can you help please.

I don't use Softwrap for my shopping cart or online store.

I'm happy to see that you work on a "Lion" version of your terrific software The Logo Creator.
I already use the Mac 10.6 version and it is a great software but doesn't run under "Lion" version.
Can you give us, approximatively, a delay until you post it to download it ?
Will I have to pay for the update or not ?
