Plus Tutorial
I recently had a question asked about creating or importing a symbol into The Logo Creator.
After creating a quick screenshot, I decided to upload this for everybody.

Marc, We have been reviewing your website and logo samples. We already have a logo in mind that we want to create and don't see a way to verify the icon we are looking for exsists in your software data base.
In the link below you will see the 3 shaded 3 color "plus" or addition sign that we are looking for. If you have this available for us to buy the software and customize the colors, angle,size etc please advise and we are ready to purchase.

I don't have this particular symbol you mention, but you can create it with The Logo Creator easily. (or, you can hop onto a site like http://www.iclipart.com and import any "plus" symbol you may like. Careful about copyrights)
To create the symbol yourself with The Logo Creator, you can simply type a "+" and colorize it - add outlines, shadows etc...
Here, I've created it and made a screenshot for you. See attached.
